He's one of my assistants, I explained. If you have a place to sit, he'll wait. And they all went to the hospital with cowshit on their noses. One of the white kids ended up with a broken collarbone, another with both elbows hyperextended grotesquely, and the third had four broken ribs where Jim Tile had squeezed him in a leg scissors. They actually got him down for a moment, but the one who was supposed to lock Jim Tile's arms didn't get a good grip and that was that. There were three of them, and naturally they waited until Jim Tile was alone. For this he took some grief from his pals until the first time the white kids jumped him and tried to push his face in some cowshit. Most street kids thought punching was the cool way to fight, but Jim Tile preferred to wrestle because it was more personal. He attributed his success to good steady parents who made him stay in school, and also to his awesome physical abilities. Jim Tile was one of the few blacks ever to have escaped his miserable neighborhood without benefit of a bus ride to Raiford or a football scholarship. Jim Tile was born in the town of Wilamette, Florida, a corrupt and barren flyspeck untouched by the alien notions of integration, fair housing, and equal rights. That's what drugs did to you, they took the context of familiar things away. She would have felt it if he'd been remembering. He stopped for a moment, looking about as if he had forgotten what he meant to do. Wish I could say the same thing.Actually, he said I was an FT&T freak, Jeran, Damia replied, worried lest her brother realize she'd done something that could be accounted atrick even if it had saved Alla from injury. Kitan67- that's great that you were able to get your book uploaded while still on Mojave. Each of my attempts to upload stops in a different location so I don't believe it's a specific photograph and this is happening to 2 different books. in hopes that might correct the issue but it does not. ![]() I have removed photos, removed pages, replaced photos, etc. However, the number listed for the image size vary with each attempt but the remark "so we're cropping to the original image size" remains the same. With each of these logs they terminate with a remark " 9 15:14:27:155 EdgeSharpeningFilter: 53 Sharpen edges produced a larger image (3470.0, 5198.0), so we're cropping to the original image size (3456.0, 5184.0)." The first set of numbers I recognize as being the date and time. ![]() When I open this "log" it is a string of computer code that is reading my photo book. The number "461" can change with each attempt and with each photo book that I try to directly upload. On a separate note after each attempt to directly upload to Mimeo I have a residual ".461log" on my system. And yet Mimeo continues to say on their website and in the App Store that Mimeo will work with macOS 10.13 or later. When asking Mimeo why one type of project goes through and another does not, get side-stepping of the question with a response to upgrade to Catalina. My direct upload of a much smaller project (Christmas card) went through with no problems. Update - I did the latest update to Mimeo 4.0.2 and it still did not help with my issues of not being able to directly upload my photo books (PDF will not stop load either.) My latest conversations with Mimeo support suggest my problems would "most likely" be resolved if I upgrade to Catalina from Mojave.
